After graduating with a degree in Architectural Engineering, he began his career building hands-on expertise in architectural design at a prominent firm. He later moved to a construction IT startup, where he led development planning for Korean-style BIM software and contributed to major government R&D projects. He currently oversees architectural operations for large-scale construction projects at a public institution. A recognized expert in his field, he received the 2026 Mu-ae (Lee Gwang-no) Architecture Award and the 2019 Digital Architecture Grand Prix. He serves on a range of technical evaluation and advisory committees for government bodies, public agencies, and local authorities. As a contributing writer for CAD&Graphics and an Autodesk Expert Elite Member, he remains dedicated to advancing CAD and BIM technologies. His current research in Management of Technology (MOT) focuses on bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and field execution. Guided by his personal motto, "Build a life by stacking everyday moments," he documents his daily experiences to shape a better future. He is the author and co-author of several books, including The Cakewalk Series – AutoCAD for Practical Business, Introduction to Architectural BIM: Revit Guidebook, Smart Construction DX Guide, and What Happened to Architects and Architectural Engineers?
